Banquet Reservations

The Awards Banquet will be at the Holiday Inn – Valley View  on June 9, 2018
6:00pm  –  Cocktails
7:00pm  –  Dinner

Dinner Information

Menu

Prime Rib au Jus  – $65
Eight ounce slow roasted Prime Rib and capped with a natural au jus.
Served with a side of creamy horseradish sauce.

Stuffed Flounder – $50
Nine ounce filet of flounder stuffed with crabmeat imperial topped
with a subtle lemon dill cream sauce.

Portobello Mushroom Satay – $45
Served with brunoise vegetables

all above meals come with:
Medley of assorted garden greens topped with julienne vegetables
Assorted dressings
Green beans almondine
Roasted new potatoes

Chicken Caesar Salad – $30
Grilled chicken breast, romaine lettuce, herbed croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese with a creamy Caesar dressing.

All meals come with dinner rolls with butter, iced tea and/or coffee, and dessert.

 

Tables are for ten (10) people. If a group is sitting together, please select ONE person’s name to reserve under.
