Collection Problems:

Entry Clerks and Club Treasurers may contact the SR Treasurer for a current list of payers with whom we have had collection problems (returned checks or non-payment of fees). If YOU have had any collection problems, please notify the SR Treasurer of the name of the payer (or person who has not paid fees owed) and we will add that person to the list. You must, however, notify the treasurer when the fees are collected.

We will not give out the name of any payor unless there has been more than one instance of collection problems.
