Awards

Please plan to pick up your awards at the celebration Saturday evening or in the show hall on Sunday. If you can’t attend, please make arrangements for someone to get them for you.

If you are unable to pick up or have someone get them, and you want to have them shipped to you, shipping costs will be $20/award.  They will only be shipped on request, and after payment is received. If you know prior to the event that you’ll be unable to make arrangements and want them shipped, please contact Trish Blees so that she can arrange for the manufacturer to ship them directly to you. No awards shipped until payment is received.

Awards Opt Out

In the past, some winners have noted that they wished to opt out of receiving a physical award.  If for whatever reason you wish for the region not to order your award, please do let Trish Blees  know by May 13.

Awards Booklet

The awards booklet will be available on the website after the celebration. We will be printing a limited number of booklets and if you would like one to pick up at the banquet, you must preorder. We will not print additionals.
